Foundation Medical Partners’ outpatient practices are open for business and in addition to in-person visits are offering alternative ways, such as telehealth visits, to care for you during this time.

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest Emergency Department.

When Foundation Foot & Ankle Medicine/Surgery office is closed, a designated provider is on-call to answer your questions and guide you to appropriate care. If your problem is not life-threatening, always call our office at 603-577-3230 before seeking care elsewhere.

While insurance companies no longer require a referral for emergency services or after-hours care, a call to our office first may save you a trip to the Emergency Department and higher co-pay. Your provider may also suggest that you be evaluated at Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire (603-577-CARE). This could save you an Emergency Department co-pay.
